Peach is a friendly cat who is really shy but very sweet according to volunteer Shayla. She loves to be petted and sometimes likes to play. She has such a unique personality and loves it when people visit and spend time with her. This is what volunteer Ray has to share about Peach: "Peach is a beautiful grey and white 1 year old girl. When she first came to us she was traumatized and would hide behind chairs and tight up against the wall. Since then she has come a long way and will lie in a cubby where she loves having her head and chin scratched and will purr with delight. When you stop petting she’ll reach for your hand, so she wants to be loved. With a bit more time Peach will be a fully social girl once she learns to fully trust people again. She would do well in an adult home. When she gets excited while being pet she may put her teeth on you, but she won’t bite: Peach just gets excited about being loved."
