Description:
Cymbeline is so adorable, but also shy. It takes some time for her to adjust to new places, but she's a very gentle cat and responds to affection. All she needs is someone to pet her and love her, since she hasn't had the chance to make any long-term human friends yet.
Volunteer: Cymbeline is so adorable but so very mysterious. Noone knows very much about her. She has been through some very tough situations and would love a chance to get to know a real, loving owner who will love her forever. She does not usually come out, but if you love her and show her the affection she deserves she will warm right up to you. We are happy to announce that Cymbeline has been adopted.

Hoodie is a very loving little kitten, but she is not for the faint of heart. She is one of the most agile, and playful little kittens you will ever meet. Snapple is so sweet and friendly, she has obviously come from a good home. She sleeps on the couch with the other kitties and loves to climb into people's arms. She's just plain adorable. Snapple is declawed.
Volunteer: Snapple is so nice and sweet that everyone who pets her instantly falls in love with her. She loves to lie on the couch and sleep. She if friendly with other cats by herself, but if someone is giving her attention and petting her and another cat decides to come, she will let that cat know that she wants all the attention for herself. She loves laying on peoples laps and falling asleep in their arms.

Reggie has a great personality and really likes to play fetch! One volunteer says "This young boy is so affectionate. Loves the tennis balls and will chase them if you run with him. Always trying to snuggle up in your lap and is very easy to walk. Doesn't seem to mind other dogs and just loves people. Had a hard time getting pictures of him because as soon as you squat to take a picture he crawls into your lap."

Griffy, as we so fondly call him has become a favourite at the shelter, staff, volunteers and visitors all enjoy seeing his adorable face when they enter the shelter. He's got a funny voice that he will greet you with, usually from his litterbox because he likes to sleep there. We always tell people he is just like a dog, very loyal and obediant, and loves following people around and he never turns down food or treats! If you lose sight of him all you have to do is call his name and he will come galloping down the hall to find you. The kids in our summer day camp program absolutely adored Griffin, and they always brought him downstairs to run freely and cuddle. This cat is a very special boy, please come in and see him and consider making him part of your home. Griffin is FIV+ so will need to be the only cat in the home or will need to go to a home with other FIV+ cats. This is a disease specific to cats, so he can't give it to you. He has the potential to live a fairly long and normal life even with this disease, so don't count him out! He has already made friends with our other FIV+ cat BlackBerry, and he seems to get along with dogs, too! THERE IS A SPECIAL 2 FOR 1 ADOPTION FEE IF GRIFFIN IS ADOPTED WITH BLACKBERRY.
