Walker is a very loveable hunk, he is so handsome!!! I found him very unsure of himself, I had trouble getting him out and back to his kennel. James had to carry him in!!! He has a very sweet disposition but needs to build up his confidence. The more he is out the better for him, to get used to the grounds and the different people who will walk him. Walker isn't too bad on the leash, enjoyed the pen and sniffing around the grounds. With a lot of patience I'm sure he will come out of his shell and develop into a wonderful family dog. He has a lot of potential!!!!

Toretto is very sweet, knows sit, shake a paw.According to Dog Walker Linda : Toretto is a handsome fellow!!! He enjoyed his walk, first time out. He was heeling pretty good, sat, sat stayed and came for me. Toretto had fun running around in the pen, stretching his legs and getting some exercise. He has a very loving personality, focused on me and took an interest in his surroundings. Black labs have got to be the most fun loving, loyal dogs. No wonder they are the number one dog in Canada!!! Toretto has it all, won't you come out and meet him. He would be a wonderful companion!!!!

Hello my friends. My name is Hazel and I'm a friendly girl looking for someone to love me. I was brought to the shelter as a stray in early November and although this is so much better than my life on the streets I'm really, really ready to find my forever home. During my evaluation is was discovered that I have a bit of a sensitive tummy and it's taken some time find out what kind of food is going to work best for me. Now that we know what I can eat I am happy to say I am ready to be adopted. I'm in this private enclosure just to make sure I don't eat what I'm not supposed to. The vet tech says I'm a great cat and get along great with my kitty companions. If you would like to get to know me better please ask a volunteer to introduce us. I'm a lovable girl patiently waiting for the perfect family fall in love and give me the care I deserve.

Cheri has spent time with Willy and observes:Already a handsome guy at the age of 2 and a half
months, with fur of chocolate brown and gold....and
green eyes, Willy will turn into a truly gorgeous dog.
He is at the beginners level of training, just getting
used to walking on a leash. However, this smart
little guy has already figured out that when the human
at the other end of the leash calls you , if you sit at
the human's feet, look up and give a big puppy smile,
you will get a treat! Given the high level of his doggy
IQ, I'm sure his training will progress quickly. Willy
is going to be a really fantastic dog!

Havoc has now completed her heartworm treatment and is healthy and ready to find her forever family. Havoc is Rosie's daughter.

Linda observes:Havoc is the most affectionate Rotti I have ever spent time with. She is just full of love, which she likes to share. Havoc is just so cuddly and warm hearted. I have spent a lot of time with her and you couldn't ask for a nicer companion. Havoc needs a dedicated owner who will take the time to do some training with her. I am so happy for her, that she is finally a happy, healthy girl again. I will truly miss her quiet strength, her warmness of heart and her joy of life. Havoc is a one of a kind, a truly wonderful dog. The person who adopts her will have a loyal companion to share their home and heart!!!

Victoria needs a loving home so she can retire and receive all the attention she deserves.According to Dog Walker Linda : Victoria is a shy girl, very pretty but lacking in affection. She needs some good loving to come out of her shell. I didn't do much training with her just wanted to work on her confidence. We sat quite a bit just getting to know each other. Victoria would be a lovely addition to a home where her new owner would take the time and have the patience to intergrate her into a family. I know Victoria has great potential she just needs that someone special who will give her the love she desperately needs!!!!
