Alexis observes:He is a giant teddy bear, he is an absolute sweet heart with a gentle touch especially towards our visitors. You are bound to fall in love with him when you visit. He loves to be pet and cuddled as well as his favorite thing to do sleep. He tends to nap in the Scaredy Cat room in the back but he is anything but shy or scared.

According to volunteer Alisha:Colby has tons of energy and runs very fast. However he needs some incentive to bring the ball back. Colby did well with his obiedience training. He sat when he was told and waited for the command to come. Colby walked very
gently on the leash. Colby didn't bark at all around other dogs and appeared to be friendly around them. Colby is a very excited young pup and tended to nip at our hands but in a very friendly way just wanting to play.

She is a personal side kick who loves to follow people around and she definitely makes sure she is noticed by everyone who comes in. No doubt about it that she is a great cat who gets along great with the other cats as well as she loves kids.

Gladiator knows how to sit,down,shake a paw. He loves belly rubs and squeaky toys.
Dog Walker Linda spent time with Gladiator and observes: Gladiator is a very handsome fellow. He enjoyed running around in the compound but I couldn't get him interested in playing with a ball. He was doing pretty good with his obedience training for the first time but still pulled a bit. He has a friendly disposition although he might seem otherwise in his kennel. He liked being patted, especially having his ears massaged. His personality is starting to shine through.

Hello my friends.
My name is Jipsee and I am a very loving senior.
I was brought to the shelter at the end of October when my owners moved and left me behind with no way to take care of myself.
I guess they thought one of the neighbours would look out for me. My neighbours did take me in but I didn't get along with their cat so they couldn't keep me. I did like their Greyhound though..
Although this is a great, safe place and we have lots of food (I do like my food) I'm not sure what to make of all of the other kitties here so I tend to hang out by myself in the back. I am a very good kitty and love lots of attention from our visitors.
If you would like to meet me just let one of the volunteers know and they will introduce us.
Please give me a chance to show you what a loving girl I can be.
